How to Request Account Deletion

To request permanent deletion of your Guitar Earo account and all associated data, please:

Email us at support@earo.app with the subject line "Delete my account"
In your message include:
- The email address or username you used to sign in
- A brief confirmation that you'd like all your personal data removed

What We Delete

Your user profile (email, display name, avatar)
All Firestore data you've created: decks, scores, settings
Any analytics identifiers (Crashlytics, usage logs)

What We May Retain

Aggregated, anonymized statistics for app performance and feature usage (no way to link back to you)
Backups for up to 30 days in case of accidental deletion—after that they are purged

Turnaround Time

We process deletion requests within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once it's complete.
